Two months to
continuous production.
A short cash-flow bridge for November and December 2026. It keeps development at full speed until Senno runs live at Primis and the PMF Laboratory.
Cover the running costs of Senno for two months. I repay the full amount in four equal installments.
Every euro has one job.
Simple, and fully visible.
€430 Claude 20x (2 × €215) + €40 servers (2 × €20) + €66 services (OpenAI €30, Deepgram €15, Vendus €11, Twilio €10) = €536 per month.
The licences are the engineering team.
- Two licences run development, tests and fixes in parallel, every day.
- The shadow phase needs this capacity: each error found at Primis or the PMF Laboratory gets a fix in hours, not weeks.
- Without them, development slows down at the exact moment the clinics start to use Senno.
From shadow to continuous production.
Shadow phase launch
We replicate the data from NewSoft (Clínica Primis) and from Vevi into Senno. n8n workflows capture incoming emails and WhatsApp conversations. The clinic gets a Senno link to enter cases and attach files and information.
- NewSoft → Senno, every day
- Vevi → Senno
- Emails and WhatsApp captured by n8n
- Senno link: the clinic enters cases and files
Leads in production
Each lead gets an answer by SMS, email or WhatsApp. AI agents in Senno reply, book the appointment and plan the follow-ups. A person sees every step and can take over.
- One conversation, three channels
- The AI agent books the appointment
- Automatic follow-ups after the visit
Full rollout
All operations move into Senno. The old tools switch off one by one. The daily work no longer needs third-party software.
- Agenda, patients, cases and invoicing in Senno
- NewSoft and Vevi switched off
- One system, one source of truth
Continuous production
A team of AI agents collects feedback from clinics and patients. It opens GitHub issues and runs the full cycle: plan, discuss, approve, build, deploy to demo, then to production.
- Feedback becomes an issue in minutes
- A person approves before the build
- Demo first, then production
Four things we close before launch.
Validate every AI agent
Each agent works on real cases, side by side with the team, before it acts alone.
Map the AI costs
We measure the cost per consultation, per call and per lead, so the price after launch is known.
Set the guardrails
Agents propose; a person decides and signs. Limits and alerts are in place before scale.
Use customer feedback
Primis and the PMF Laboratory tell us what to change. We change it during the shadow phase.
